| Our Special Events booking & cancellation policy is as follows: For bookings made direct to Cloudgap a deposit of 100% of the booking cost is required in order to confirm a booking The booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Deposits for confirmed bookings cancelled at least 31 days prior to noon of the booked night will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost Bookings cancelled less than 31 days prior to noon on the first booked night will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost A request for cancellation may initially be made by phone - quoting the booking number - but must be followed by a written request by e-mail to cloudgap@cloudgap.com.au Our acceptance of the cancellation will be made in like manner. Please keep a printed version of the cancellation acceptance for your records. Notes: Payment by credit card is preferred. Note: Many credit card providers offer - as part of the card service - automatic travel insurance. We suggest you check with your card provider.
