| We accept payment via direct deposit of cash only into a Westpac Branch Account made at least a day in advance. In this case the full amount for the booked accommodation and meals is required. If you wish to pay by this method please let us know & we will send you instructions on how to pay. To proceed email us on cloudgap@cloudgap.com.au nominating the email address you want the instructions sent to. We will confirm the booking once the Bank notifies us that the transaction has been successfully processed. A $250 deposit (payable by cash or credit card) is required on arrival for the special room key.. The deposit is refunded on departure upon return of the room key. Final settlement of the account is by credit card or cash only. A 'no refund & no cancellation' policy applies to bookings made this way. |
