| Guests who fail to show up on the first booked night will be charged the rack rate for that night. Furthermore any booking made for periods longer than one night will be cancelled at noon local time of the day following the date of the first night booked. The room will be available for re-letting to others from the time of cancellation. An assured reservation service is, however, available. Contact us at cloudgap@cloudgap.com.au & request details. Guests may arrive after their stated anticipated arrival time up to 6 pm without notification. Guests who are delayed beyond that time are requested to phone 0263 651 231 before 6 pm and notify us of their revised ETA.
