No-show Policy

 


   

 

The no-show policy immediately below applies only to guests who have paid only a deposit for the booking using a credit card.

Guests who fail to show up on the first booked night will be charged - at noon of then following day. - the full cost of the accommodation booked.

The accommodation booked will, however, still be available for their exclusive use from whenever time they arrive until expiration of  the paid for period.

Guests may arrive after their stated anticipated arrival time up until 10 pm without notification.

Guests who are delayed beyond that time are requested to phone 0263 651 231 before 8 pm and notify us of their revised ETA.

Usually the office is closed and the gate will be shut between 10 pm and 6 am
