Meals can be tailored for those mildly sensitive to gluten . Time is needed to purchase food and prepare meals without ingredients containing gluten. A minimum of a few days notice would be ideal. Regrettably we are unable to cater for those strongly sensitive to gluten as the food preparation is done in a kitchen where products with gluten exist. While all care is taken to produce specific gluten-free meals some trace amounts of gluten are inevitable. Please email your requirements and the breakfast & dinner menu you would like constructed to cloudgap@cloudgap.com.au Please let us know well in advance if you require special
gluten-free bread. Most of the items on the dinner menu are prepared without the use of wheat products. Those that are prepared using wheat products are Carbonnades a la Flammande - dark beer is used in the cooking Sticky date pudding Some of the cracker biscuits on the cheese platter
