Meals can be tailored for those mildly sensitive to gluten .

Time is needed to purchase food and prepare meals without ingredients containing gluten. A minimum of a few days notice would be ideal.

Regrettably we are unable to cater for those strongly sensitive to gluten as the food preparation is done in a kitchen where products with gluten exist. While all care is taken to produce specific gluten-free meals some trace amounts of gluten are inevitable.

The following is a well-balanced dinner menu* for those sensitive to gluten


         Dinner Menu using gluten-free products

Starter  

Thai-style pumpkin, ginger & coconut soup - using home-grown pumpkin!

Main Course 

Tropical chicken - tender chicken breast is combined with red capsicum, pineapple & banana & then served on a bed of Australian Jasmine rice.
The addition of  Indian spices gives a delicate piquancy.

Dessert 

Apricot Mousse - Apricots & yoghurt are blended to produce this fine light dessert

Cheese platter  

A wide selection of Australian cheeses with rice crackers & fruit

After dinner beverage

Plunger coffee or tea: Harris Black Label coffee or Twinings tea

Gluten-free Bread 
Complimentary beverage: red or white medal-winning wines, home-made or commercial beer or soft drink
