The confidentiality policy at Cloudgap is to not divulge information to others about anything concerning our guests - including whether they are or are not guests at Cloudgap

The confidentiality of all details concerning guests' booking or payment details is assured.

Furthermore we will never phone guests at a mobile phone number to request credit card details.

No information will be given to others except where required by law or in cases of emergency where required by the police or emergency services.

To ensure the integrity of the confidentiality policy  incoming telephone calls to guests are not permitted except under unusual circumstances.

If you wish anyone to be told that you are a guest at Cloudgap please advise your hosts on or before arrival.

Guests will not be contacted after departure from Cloudgap unless prior arrangements have been made.

Any items left by guests after departure will be assumed to be unwanted & disposed of in an appropriate manner.
